Keys Bank provides secure 24/7 key storage lockers in cities like Nice, Marseille, Paris, and others, with unlimited deposits and withdrawals during the rental period. Users reserve lockers online by selecting city, dates, times. These terms govern the use of services, reservations, payments, and user responsibilities.

Service Description
Users book a personalized locker and receive a unique number and 4-digit access code via email after payment. Access occurs by entering the code at the locker, suitable for key deposits for late arrivals or sharing with others. Services include police-linked surveillance, 7/7 support, and PMR accessibility. Only keys are permitted; no other items may be stored.

Reservations and Payments
Reservations are immediate upon payment via the website, with confirmation sent instantly. No refunds after confirmation; extensions available online. Overstay incurs additional fees based on the next plan tier.

User Obligations
Users must not store prohibited items like valuables, perishables, illegal goods, or anything hazardous. Access codes may be shared at user risk; Keys Bank bears no liability for misuse or lost keys. Users provide accurate information and comply with local laws.

Liability and Termination
Keys Bank ensures secure access but disclaims liability for key loss, damage, or theft. Services may be suspended for violations, with no refunds. Force majeure events excuse performance.
